PokerNights is provided as-is for organizing private home games. Hosts are responsible for compliance with local laws. All sales are final: we do not offer refunds on subscription fees. You may cancel Premium (monthly or annual) anytime in the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Player passwords can be reset by the host for that game. By playing, participants accept the host's house rules and this platform's limitations.
